Shipping date

You can find the Shipping Date in the product page of each object.

It specifies the expected time period starting from the order date onto the Capolavori Website and ending at the actual shipping date to the customer. This time period includes the making of the object (when needed), the packaging and delivery time to the courier.

In any case, you will receive the order confirmation e-mail explaining if the object is ready, likely shipped in the next days, or our Maestro have to craft it.

Once your package has been shipped, you will also receive an e-mail with the Tracking Number. Visit the “Track your order” section to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

You can always decide to return your order with Capolavori!

Just remember that you have 15 days to request the return of an object from its delivery.
