Returns and Refunds

Capolavori wishes to give you the best possible shopping experience. We know that returns and refunds are an essential part of this experience and want to make this easy and quick.

Please read the following returns and refund policy and remember that we are always available to answer your questions and doubts:

  • Capolavori will be responsible for return shipping charges for all orders.
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days from the receipt of the product.
  • Capolavori will only accept returned products that are in good, unused and unworn condition. Capolavori has the right to deny the issuance of a refund for a product that is believed to have been used, worn or damaged. Capolavori will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
  • Any package received at the Capolavori head office that does not meet the aforementioned conditions will be sent back to the client without refund. In this case shipping costs will be charged to the client.
  • All refunds will be done using the original method of payment. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card originally used for the payment of the related order. If you purchased the product(s) with a Coupon or a Gift Certificate, a new Coupon/Gift Certificate will be created for new purchases. Every product purchased as part of a promotion must be returned in order to receive a full refund. If you decide to keep some of them, these will be charged at full market value.
